Shipping policy

Shock Farm primarily ships via UPS/Fed Ex/USPS on all orders considered non truck freight. 

Shipping Times

• Most products ordered will ship within 1-2 business days. Some exceptions may include back ordered and/or direct ship items. Shock Farm has numerous warehouses across the country allowing us to reach 90% of the U.S. within 2 days.
• Most product ship from our main address, 112 Steve Ct. Winchester, KY 40391
• Orders received after 3pm EST, Monday thru Thursday will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 3pm EST on Friday and any order placed during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on the following Monday.
• Shock Farm is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather or unforeseen incidents.
